Create your online account and select your laundry preferences. Remember, our goal is to make laundry day as easy as possible for you. From our drivers to our production team, your clothes are in good hands!

If you won’t be home for your first pickup, you can leave your laundry in bags or hampers that we will return with your clean clothes. Just leave them in the place you described when setting up your order.

The night before, we will send you a text to remind you to make sure you don't forget. On laundry day, we will text you when we are on our way.  You will get another notice when we have picked up your laundry.

After your bag is picked up, our drivers bring it to our laundry facility, where it’s checked in to capture any preferences, cleaning notes, or other specifications.

Your items are then sorted by lights and darks, pockets are checked, and any visible stains are pre-treated.

Wash and fold laundry is then washed, dried, expertly folded, and packaged for delivery back to you!

When your clothes are cleaned, crisp, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them folded and hung at your designated drop-off location. You will be notified when we drop off your laundry.

Our laundry delivery service rate is $1.95 per lb. with a $20 minimum for single or occasional pickup.  For reoccurring pickups every week or every other week, you will only pay $1.75 per lb on each order.  There will be No additional fees or charges for pickup and delivery.
